How much is registration?

There are three categories of registrations:

Full Registration (Full access to all events)                                                $290.00

Limited Registration (Full access except lectures)                                 $190.00

Youth Registration (For youth seventeen and under)                            $125.00

NOTE: Limited and Youth Registration both require purchase with at least one accompanying Full Registration.

Each registration price includes $15.00 TAOM annual dues which is non-refundable.

What is the difference between a Full registration and Limited registration?

– In our attempt to make TAOM 2023 more affordable for families to attend, we created the Limited Registration. Limited Registration is being offered for spouses or family members that are not interested in attending lectures. So, the Limited Registration will have access to all events except the lectures. However, each Limited Registration purchase will require purchase of at least one Full Registration.

What is the Willard Luncheon?

The Willard Luncheon is only open to members of the Order of Willard and their guests. Order of Willard members are being honored for 25 years of continuous attendance of TAOM conventions. Enjoy brunch, watch first-hand the installation of new Willard members, and hear a presentation by an honored guest. Willard Luncheon tickets must be purchased before August 25, 2023.

Can I purchase a day pass or tickets to the show?

We are expecting TAOM 2023 to sell out prior to the event.  However, should space become available we will offer day passes for $125.00. No day passes will be sold prior to the day of the event.

Will the evening magic shows be open to the public and can I purchase individual tickets for those evening magic shows?

– On Saturday afternoon, Mario the Maker will present a public show designed for children and families. All tickets will be $20.00; however, this fee is included in the fee for Full Registrations.

– Two categories of tickets are available to the public for the Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening shows. There will be three separate shows each of which will be different from the other.

  • A limited number of VIP tickets are available at $55.00 per person per show and gives you preferred seating in the front rows and early access to the showroom (no reserved seats).
  • General admission seats are available for $20.00 for the evening shows and provides seating behind the convention registrants in the back of the showroom.

What is the refund policy?

Your registration is 90% refundable through August 15, 2023. Each registration price includes $15.00 TAOM annual dues and is non-refundable.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds after August 15, 2023. We will, however, facilitate the transfer of your registration to a person of your choice prior to the event (12 noon, September 1, 2023)

How do I sign up to be a dealer?

For information about the dealer room, please contact Charlie Randall at charlie@magicbookshop.com.

Do the evening shows have assigned seating?

Our experience has been that a great seat for one person might be a not-so-great seat for another. So we have a seating policy similar to that used by the airlines.

Each attendee is assigned to a seating group, with Group A entering first, then Group B and followed by Group C.

Your group seating assignment will be made in order of registration.
